Products
Create your sheets one by one, import a CSV / Excel file, or leave the assistant will guide you. Each product may be for sale, for quote, or both.
The list of products
InCatalog → Products:
- recherche et filtres (catégorie, statut) ;
- Add a product ;
- Importa catalog (CSV / Excel);
- Exportin CSV;
- link to the public store to check the rendering.
Without an active license, you can view and modify existing products, but thecreationnew products is blocked until activated.
Create a product
- Click onAdd a product.
- Fill in the name, descriptions, images.
- Define the price (and possible promotion), the SKU reference, the stock.
- Choose the categories and the marketing method (purchase / quote).
- Save as published or draft.
Content of the sheet

Weight and deliveryIf you useweight levelswhen shipping, enter the weight
of each product. Without weight, Torlann can fall back to a default value (1 kg)
for basket calculation.
Import a catalog
Three common paths:
- Via your assistant : on first launch, choose theexample model(complete demo catalog) orimport your fileExcel/CSV. Guided tour recommended.
- From the Products list : import button, model/example provided, column detection, non-destructive synchronization.
- Personal file : same analysis flow, column mapping, image processing and final validation.
The import can create or update products, categories and attributes depending on the file. Always check a sample after import before opening the store.
Export
The CSV export allows you to save the catalog, work on it in a spreadsheet, then reimport it. Also useful for an external tool or product accounting.
Variations
- First create yourattributes(e.g. Size, Color) and their values.
- On the product sheet, activate the variations and associate the attributes.
- Generate or adjust variants (price, stock, image per variant if necessary).
AdvicePrepare attributes + categories before a big import: the mapping is cleaner
and the front (filters) more coherent.
