Receive tailor-made requests, respond with a PDF quote, follow up, and convert to command when relevant.

Activate module

Le menu Devis apparaît si le mode catalogue inclut les devis (Vente + devisouDevis uniquement). Configure the module inConfiguration → Quote:

• Module— activation, public page of the form.
• Form— fields requested from the customer, labels.
• Reminders & statuses— life cycle and automatic restarts.

Track requests

1. OpenSales → Quote.
2. Filter by status (new, sent, accepted, refused, etc.).
3. Open a quote to see the details, notes, history.
4. Generate/download PDF, send it, update status.

Products in quote mode

On a product sheet, you can authorize the quote request (alone or in addition to the purchase), according to global catalog mode. The customer then adds to the quote / form basket according to your configuration.

Link to orders

When a quote becomes a paid order, the link appears on the orders side to find the origin. The contact details of your company (logo, SIRET, mentions) come fromYour account.
