Discounts

Create promo codes for the cart: percentage, fixed amount, minimum order, validity dates and use limits.

Where to manage them

MenuCatalog → Discounts. You can also find related marketing settings inSetup → Marketing.

Create a code

1. Enter itcode(ex.SUMMER2026) — usually in capitals.
2. Add an internal description (sales, partner, etc.).
3. Choose the type: percentage or fixed amount.
4. Indicate the amount / percentage, possible minimum order, expiration date.
5. Optionally limit the number of uses, activate the code, save.

Client side

The customer enters the code in the basket or at checkout. The reduction applies according to the defined rules; An error message is displayed if the code is invalid, expired or out of conditions.
