Installation & license
Install the plugin on WordPress, activate your Torlann key, and understand what happens upon expiration or renewal.
Before you start
- WordPress6.4or more recent
- PHP7.3or newer (7.4+ recommended)
- Administrator access to the site
- A license key (purchase ontorlann.com) or exploration viaonline demo
Install the plugin
- Download the Torlann ZIP from your customer area or the order email.
- In WordPress:Extensions → Add → Upload Extension.
- Choose the ZIP file, install, thenactivate.
- Open the menuTorlannin administration.
Upon activation, Torlann creates its tables and can redirect you to the dashboard or the startup wizard.
Activate a license
- Go toTools → Configuration → General → Your account.
- Paste your key (typical format:
TL-ESS-…,TL-PRO-…OrTL-AGC-…). - Validate the activation. The site is linked to your license (technical identifier of the site).
Activation contacts Torlann servers. Without an Internet connection, activation fails. Once active, the license is checked periodically; in case of unavailability temporary server, Torlann keeps the local state.
The offers
A licenseactiveunlocks all e-commerce features (catalog, Stripe, variants, CSV, quote, design, etc.). What especially changes between the offers: thenumber of siteson which you can activate the key.

Online demo
Before buying, you can explore Torlann on theonline demo(shop + back office). The demo is free and does not require a license.
To use Torlann on your own WordPress site, subscribe to the offerEssential(€49 / year) or a higher offer ontorlann.com.
Expiry
When the license is no longer active:
- the back office remainssearchable ;
- your data (products, orders, settings, Stripe keys) arepreserved ;
- the creation of new products and online sales aresuspendeduntil renewal.
A banner in Torlann invites you to renew. No automatic deletion catalog or orders.
Renew or change offer
- From the license banner, or fromtorlann.com/#rates.
- Complete the purchase/renewal on the Torlann website.
- If you are provided with a new key, activate it in Settings → Your Account.
Plugin updates
With an active license, Torlann offers updates in WordPress (Extensions / Updates screen), via the Torlann server. After activation or renewal, you can force a verification from the Configuration page (update refresh link).
