Welcome

Torlann is a WordPress plugin that brings together everything you need to sell online and manage quotes: catalog, cart, orders, shipping, click & collect and emails — configured for your country, currency and how you deliver. A built-in AI Copilot helps you in the back office: it guides you through menus, helps you write, and answers business questions.

Who is it for?

Torlann is for independents, artisans, small brands and specialist shops that sell mainly in their own country: one currency, one tax setup and coherent carriers — without multi-country complexity.

This guide is for back-office users. It does not cover plugin development or the license API.

What you can do

• Sell: unlimited products, variants, categories, promo codes, CSV import/export.
• Answer quote requests: public form, request tracking, PDF, reminders and conversion to order.
• Get paid: Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer, with no commission from us on your sales.
• Ship or offer pickup: carriers, shipping rates, weight tiers and click & collect.
• Keep customers: customer area, order and request tracking, abandoned carts.
• Customize: Design, CSS and email templates.
• Get support: guided tours, contextual help and AI product writing (optional API key).

Where to start?

1. Installation & license: install the plugin and activate your key.
2. The back office: find the main menu and the Copilot button (the spark).
3. Your assistant: follow the guided path to set up your identity, payments and catalog.
4. Then explore the catalog, sales and Configuration (VAT, shipping, Design…).
